Dear Customers, if you are trying to finish your payment via Credit Card or Debit Card but failed paymet in our site, pls make sure you have authorization to do overseas payment firstly, if not you can call your bank to open overseas payment authorization, then pls do it on your computer as possible as you can, cuz if you do it on your phone, it is very easy to be rejected by your bank cuz of your IP address.Please make sure billing address matches the state where your card was issued, if not, for safety of your Credit Card, will show “Do not honour” of Failed payment. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Time:
Most approved orders leave our warehouse within two business days. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the order time, but our standard is 10-15 days, meaning you will receive your package within 2 week usually.. Orders containing special event merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipping. According to Covid-19, several countries customs took longer time than normal to go through, details pls contact our customer service.
Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is notified here and messaged in your account here, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to 5 business days.
Please note: During Christmas holiday customs and shipping will be longer than normal time, details you can contact our Customer Service for more info.
Shipping Method:
We Mainly use USPS, EMS, Epack carriers. Depending on your order quantity and shipping address, we count shipping charges by each order by not pcs, when you buy one product, we will charge you flat US$17-20 Dollars of freight. If you buy more, we still charge you US$15 Dollars for flat shipping rate. Promise you with safe shipping and right items. If you prefer faster shipping method, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex etc, need $30 additional charge on freight and pls contact our customer service for more info.
Returns & Replacements
Replacements:
If any item in your order is sold out, we will email you.
-You can take any replacement on our site.
-If no any, just let us know, we will try to meet your request.
-When no replacement wanted, we will refund the item for you.
